EFR-I Overview

The Irish Red Cross EFR Instructor programme is an integral part of the Training Pathways within the Irish Red Cross. PHECC Practitioners that are qualified IRC Instructors are invited to a PHECC recognised one day EFR Instructors Upskilling module.

After this they are given post course work which is submitted via this website and they are then monitored on the delivery (by a PHECC Tutor on the day or recorded by video for later review by a PHECC Tutor) of a lecture within the EFR Programme. If successful they are then issued with an EFR Instructor certificate which is valid for three years.
